Durable Woven Wire Mesh for Precision Screening and Filtration

Engineered in SS304, SS316, GI, Brass, and Aluminium. Available in Plain, Twill, and Dutch weave patterns from 2 mesh to 500 mesh. Rolls and cut pieces dispatched pan-India.

What is woven wire mesh

Woven wire mesh is manufactured by interlacing metal wires on industrial looms, similar to how fabric is woven. The result is a precise, uniform grid with consistent openings that makes it ideal for filtering, sieving, and screening applications across industries.

Plain weave

Each wire passes alternately over and under adjacent wires. The simplest and most versatile pattern, suitable for general-purpose screening and filtration.

Twill Weave

Each wire passes over two and under two adjacent wires, creating a diagonal pattern. Produces a tighter, more flexible mesh ideal for fine filtration.

Dutch Weave

Uses thicker warp wires and thinner, tightly packed weft wires to create an extremely dense surface. Used for high-precision filtration down to 2 microns.

Frequently Asked Question

Trusted in more than 100 countries and 4 million customers.

What mesh count do you manufacture and stock?

We stock mesh counts from 2 mesh (11.1 mm opening) to 500 mesh (2 micron opening) in stainless steel. GI, Brass, and Aluminium are available in commonly used specifications. Custom mesh counts can be manufactured to order.

What materials and grades do you offer?

Our standard range includes SS304, SS316/316L, Galvanised Iron (GI), Brass, Phosphor Bronze, Aluminium, Nylon, and HDPE. SS304 is the most commonly used grade for corrosion resistance in industrial applications.

Do you provide cut-to-size and custom fabrication?

Yes. We supply mesh in full rolls (SQM) as well as cut pieces to specific dimensions (Nos) and discs (DIA). Custom widths, lengths, and edge treatments are available.

What is the typical lead time?

Stock items ship within 1-2 working days. Custom orders and non-standard specifications typically take 5-7 working days depending on the specification.

What is the difference between Plain, Twill, and Dutch weave?

Plain weave is the most common pattern for general screening. Twill weave produces a tighter mesh for finer filtration. Dutch weave uses different wire diameters in warp and weft directions to create an extremely dense filtration surface for micron-level separation.
