What are Perforated Sheets?
Perforated sheets are flat metal panels with a pattern of holes punched through them using CNC punch presses. The hole pattern, size, and pitch determine the open area percentage, which controls airflow, visibility, sound absorption, and filtration properties.
The most common pattern. Available in staggered (60-degree) and straight-line configurations. Offers consistent open area and structural integrity.
Provides higher open area than round holes at the same pitch. Used where maximum flow or visibility is required, such as screens and guards.
Decorative and functional patterns including slotted, hexagonal, and ornamental designs for architectural and OEM applications.
