Heavy-Duty Vibrating Screen Mesh for Mining, Quarrying, and Aggregate Processing

Manufactured in Spring Steel (SPS), SS304, SS316, SS310, and GI. Available with or without clamps. Custom screen sizes for all major vibrating equipment brands.

What is Vibrating Screen Mesh?

Vibrating screen mesh, also called crimped wire mesh or wire screen, is a heavy-duty woven wire product designed for use on vibrating screen equipment. The wires are pre-crimped before weaving, which locks them in position and provides superior stability under the high-impact, abrasive conditions found in screening and classification applications.

With Clamp (WSC)

Screens manufactured with hooked or clamped edges for tensioned mounting on vibrating equipment. The clamp side is customised to fit specific machine models and frame dimensions.

Rolls (WSS)

Plain crimped mesh supplied in roll form (SQM). Used where the end user or OEM cuts and fabricates screens to their own specifications.

Cut Pieces (WSN)

Crimped mesh supplied as pre-cut flat panels in specific dimensions. Available in both zig-zag and plain crimp patterns.

Frequently Asked Question

Trusted in more than 100 countries and 4 million customers.

What is the difference between Zig-Zag and Plain crimp?

Zig-Zag crimp (Z) provides a more rigid mesh with reduced wire slippage, making it the preferred choice for heavy-duty screening. Plain crimp (P) is used for lighter applications or where a smoother surface is required.

Can you manufacture screens to fit my specific vibrating equipment?

Yes. We manufacture screens with clamps (WSC) customised to fit any vibrating screen machine. Provide your machine make, model, and frame dimensions, and we will manufacture the screen to exact specifications.

What is Spring Steel (SPS) and when should I use it?

Spring Steel, also called High Carbon Steel, is the most durable and cost-effective material for heavy-duty screening. It offers excellent abrasion resistance and spring-back properties. Use SPS for aggregate, mining, and quarrying. Use SS304/316 where corrosion resistance is required.

What is the typical lifespan of a vibrating screen mesh?

Lifespan depends on the material being screened, the screen material, and operating conditions. SPS screens in aggregate applications typically last 3-6 months. SS screens in chemical or food applications last longer due to lower abrasion.

Do you stock standard sizes or is everything made to order?

We stock popular roll sizes (WSS) in SPS, SS304, and GI for immediate dispatch. Clamped screens (WSC) are made to order since every machine has different frame dimensions. Typical lead time is 3-5 working days.

How do I check the price?
